We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why Dockers® offers free returns on all orders within 60 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Start Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided; if you prefer a paperless option, use the generated QR code at a drop-off location.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, making sure to include any packing slips, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized UPS drop-off point; you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your return status.
